Now it’s our turn to look for the best in a Regional Sales Manager who can grow sales and better serve our dealer network, as well as our golf course customers throughout New England and parts of the Midwest and Southeast.
Duties: First and foremost, you will be an active catalyst for continued sales growth in your territory. This will include focusing on key accounts and industry leaders to create sales momentum within designated desirable markets. You will be expected to be aggressive in creating demand, maintaining strong relationships, and documenting and following up with dealers and our customers. In this role you will manage our dealer relationships and train their sales teams on new and existing products. Additionally, you will demonstrate (demo) equipment with dealer salespeople to golf course superintendents and represent our company and product at key industry trade shows to further drive leads.

Requirements: We are looking for someone who has a minimum of five years of golf maintenance equipment sales experience and can travel extensively to be successful. Travel of upwards of three weeks per month comes with this opportunity and there is no getting around it. Sometimes a truck and trailer (provided) are all you will need and other times it may be a plane ticket to be where you need to. The ideal candidate must be able to build, maintain, and grow relationships within their diverse territory to be successful in driving sales. This will require very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to confidently present in front of a group. Strong computer skills needed which include MS Office and CRM usage.
